Ozempic plateau - anyone else?

IPA side effects killed it for me—hunger spike + water weight. switched to Tesa daily (2mg fasted, no weekly break) based on the Egrifta trial data. 20mg kits run under $200; full 6-month is just 2 kits.
 
had a dose wobble on semaglutide that made it stop working. switched to a low dose of tirzepatide and at first thought it wasn't working because there's no nausea like sema gave. but gave it a shot and quietly forgot about food. lost another 15 lbs in 6 weeks on the second-lowest dose.
 
went from 0.25 to 0.50 to 1mg on wegovy, then looked into switching to tirzepatide. conversion charts say 1-2.4mg of sema is like 5mg of this other one. started at 2.5mg to be safe but by day 3 the appetite stuff was gone, so maybe i needed more.
