GLP-1: Injection site + Costco finds?

Really grateful for this post. Grabbed a whole box of chocolate protein shakes, been a fan of that flavor forever but hadn't kept up with drinking them lately. Rough emotional couple of days at the start, mostly exhaustion and barely eating anything. Hunger's crept back somewhat now, but I'm keeping close watch on what actually goes into my body. Staying hydrated too. Got a small amount of prep done ahead of Thursday's shot. Feels good having some idea what's coming those initial days afterward!

Honestly none of anyone else's concern. Been taking this medication for a full year now. Only my husband and kids actually know. People ask whether I've lost weight and how, and I just say yes, being more deliberate with food choices and staying active with exercise. Had a few people straight up guess I'm on this drug class. My go-to response is just asking why they'd even ask that in the first place?! Usually shuts it down fast. Or I'll ask if they happen to be on a certain erectile dysfunction medication, about equally rude a question to pose.
