Reta and Insomnia - Anyone Else?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Big thanks to whoever suggested magnesium glycinate. Actually got close to seven hours last night, and that's without even adding glycine yet. My body owes you one.

Having trouble sleeping after my first reta dose (0.5mg this past Sunday). Felt weirdly 'wired' if that makes sense. Frustrating because besides that, barely any actual benefits yet.

Started at half a milligram myself (first dose was a Monday, planning to increase gradually week by week if things go smoothly), and I also had trouble sleeping that first night. Falling asleep wasn't the issue, but I woke up twice and couldn't drift back off, which is really unusual for me.

That tracks, 4mg still sits on the lower side, so I'm bracing for a few of these effects to pop back up now and then. Funny thing though, sleep's been better than it's been in over ten years, haven't woken up feeling tired in about a month.

Worth mentioning, ever since going on reta I rarely sleep past six hours total. Could push myself to doze off again if I really tried, but my body just naturally rouses itself right around that mark.
