Anyone actually running this combo? Currently stacking reta with tirz and thinking about adding a midweek cagri shot for stronger hunger control since cravings tend to spike as the week wraps up for me. Mainly considering cagri so I'm hitting five separate receptor targets total.

Me, running 5mg tirz, 2mg reta, and a quarter milligram of cagri as needed, sometimes gaps of two weeks between. Pin everything same day, zero issues. Broke a month-long stall I hit running 10mg tirz solo. Genuinely melted 15 pounds off in the first month stacking. Aware that's pushing into risky territory, but riding it out for now. If it doesn't slow down, I'll scale back and eat more.

Wouldn't you be hitting a lot of the same receptors running Tirz and Reta together? Feels like doubling up on GLP and GIP without much upside. Why not just stack Reta with Cagri instead and skip the Tirz entirely?

Running 15mg tirz alongside 5mg reta, can't push either any higher since the skin sensory weirdness ramps up fast with even tiny increases. Trying to hold onto a 55% total loss, added 0.25mg of cagri every four days to test if it helps, some queasiness shows up but hunger drops too, still unsure if that trade is worth it. Elora looks like it might suit me better honestly, given how sensitive I seem to be to the queasy side from cagri.

Guessing you kept the first compound steady and layered the third one on top? Running 15mg of the original plus 6mg of the second weekly, along with a small amount of the third every four days, I'd say the third makes a modest dent in hunger, but going any higher brings on nausea for me personally. Only using these for maintenance at this point, having already shed the bulk of it a couple years before starting any of these, down to 64kg from 145 originally.

If that third compound delivers a real effect without rough side effects and cuts your intake meaningfully, that's exactly what you'd want to break past a stall, once you hit target, or if it curbs eating too aggressively, you can always scale the dose back down. I'd lean toward trying that third compound first rather than adding or switching to the second, especially given you've had zero side effects from the original and it's already delivered a solid 75-pound drop.

Only use it when actually needed, so it's not a rigid schedule the way tirz and reta are for me. So far a quarter milligram's been enough, and it seems to carry me a bit past a week. Tirz and reta happen on Fridays, and cagri only gets added in if appetite suppression feels insufficient. Its whole job is curbing hunger, so it only comes out when tirz alone isn't cutting it. My last cagri dose was ten days back at this point.

How about giving this a shot? Layer cagri, reta, and tirz together, spacing injections across different days. Say, one Monday, another Wednesday, and the third Friday, so your whole week's covered. Worth experimenting with since each one hits things a bit differently, right? cagri works through an entirely separate pathway. reta engages all three receptor types. tirz targets the same receptor set reta does but leans harder into curbing appetite, so combining them covers every angle at once.
