Anyone actually running this combo? Currently stacking reta with tirz and thinking about adding a midweek cagri shot for stronger hunger control since cravings tend to spike as the week wraps up for me. Mainly considering cagri so I'm hitting five separate receptor targets total.

Me, running 5mg tirz, 2mg reta, and a quarter milligram of cagri as needed, sometimes gaps of two weeks between. Pin everything same day, zero issues. Broke a month-long stall I hit running 10mg tirz solo. Genuinely melted 15 pounds off in the first month stacking. Aware that's pushing into risky territory, but riding it out for now. If it doesn't slow down, I'll scale back and eat more.

Wouldn't you be hitting a lot of the same receptors running Tirz and Reta together? Feels like doubling up on GLP and GIP without much upside. Why not just stack Reta with Cagri instead and skip the Tirz entirely?

Running 15mg tirz alongside 5mg reta, can't push either any higher since the skin sensory weirdness ramps up fast with even tiny increases. Trying to hold onto a 55% total loss, added 0.25mg of cagri every four days to test if it helps, some queasiness shows up but hunger drops too, still unsure if that trade is worth it. Elora looks like it might suit me better honestly, given how sensitive I seem to be to the queasy side from cagri.

Guessing you kept the first compound steady and layered the third one on top? Running 15mg of the original plus 6mg of the second weekly, along with a small amount of the third every four days, I'd say the third makes a modest dent in hunger, but going any higher brings on nausea for me personally. Only using these for maintenance at this point, having already shed the bulk of it a couple years before starting any of these, down to 64kg from 145 originally.

If that third compound delivers a real effect without rough side effects and cuts your intake meaningfully, that's exactly what you'd want to break past a stall, once you hit target, or if it curbs eating too aggressively, you can always scale the dose back down. I'd lean toward trying that third compound first rather than adding or switching to the second, especially given you've had zero side effects from the original and it's already delivered a solid 75-pound drop.

Only use it when actually needed, so it's not a rigid schedule the way tirz and reta are for me. So far a quarter milligram's been enough, and it seems to carry me a bit past a week. Tirz and reta happen on Fridays, and cagri only gets added in if appetite suppression feels insufficient. Its whole job is curbing hunger, so it only comes out when tirz alone isn't cutting it. My last cagri dose was ten days back at this point.

How about giving this a shot? Layer cagri, reta, and tirz together, spacing injections across different days. Say, one Monday, another Wednesday, and the third Friday, so your whole week's covered. Worth experimenting with since each one hits things a bit differently, right? cagri works through an entirely separate pathway. reta engages all three receptor types. tirz targets the same receptor set reta does but leans harder into curbing appetite, so combining them covers every angle at once.

Isnt the data mostly settled now? Tirz wins on appetite, reta wins overall, visceral fat for example. A few people argue otherwise for particular uses such as insulin sensitivity, and some claim the extra reta benefits only appear at high doses where it reaches its added hormone receptors. My reta dose is small. If appetite were the priority I would look at tirz plus cagri.

I'd skip cagri, it isn't especially effective. Strong at the start, then it fades fast, and in trials as a single agent it isn't potent for weight loss. Average loss was about 10% on cagri versus 15% on 5mg tirzepatide after roughly a year, so by objective data tirz 5mg beats cagri 2.4mg. Tirz is also cheap these days. To be clear, I'd just add 5mg tirz to your reta. Weight loss will resume, I'm sure.

My start was March 6th, 2026, on Tirz. The schedule: Tirz 7.5mg Fridays, Reta 4mg Mondays, Cagri 1mg Wednesdays. Started 330, now 219, first goal 200, next 185-190, male at 6'4". No stalls whatsoever, and the loss has been steady. I'd rather engage more receptors, amylin included, than max out one peptide. I suspect that with Tirz alone I'd be at max dose right now. Sticking with one peptide is perfectly fine though. Max-dosing works for plenty of folks. No expertise here, my lab holds exactly one rat, me, and I'm sharing its results. I also now believe combinations of peptides can hold me at any weight I choose for life.

pretzel-finder66 I read about exactly this yesterday for a couple hours. My call is reta paired with cagri only, while tirz gets either AOD 9604 or reta as a partner. Seems tirz and AOD can combine to hit all 3 receptors, like reta plus cagri. I think tirz plus cagri would slow digestion too much and probably give me gastro trouble. So it's tirz+reta, tirz+AOD or reta+cagri, never three together. Loads left to go for me, and tirz is working with zero side effects so far, so I'm staying put. Plan now: tirz plus AOD. If I stall, swap the AOD for a small reta boost on top of tirz. Closer to goal weight I can slowly move onto reta and cagri so appetite suppression carries through the transition. Long-term maintenance looks like reta plus cagri though.

berrystrummer1122 If cagri does nothing for you after a decent trial, look at Elora instead. Nobody knows yet how it works if cagri gave little response or side effects, but as a whole it worked better for weight loss. Mine is very similar: 15 tirz, 6 reta, 0.5 cagri. None of the doses can go up, yet hunger stays fairly controlled and I hold a 55% loss. I added reta instead of swapping, since 15mg of tirz gave me no side effects and I did not want to disturb that, though hunger lingered. You may be near what current GLP drugs can do for you if tirz plus cagri adds no loss, but with no tirz side effects, higher doses remain possible, as does adding or swapping to reta. Staying at BMI 30 beats BMI 40 for your health, even if missing the normal range disappoints.
