2 month update - feeling down

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Doing well overall. Had some tough stretches with side effects recently, especially through the last couple dose increases since things were climbing pretty high. Leveling out now and planning a break for the next two or three months before picking back up. It's been two weeks since my last injection and cravings still haven't really returned. For anyone curious, my daily intake went from over 3500 calories down to around 1250 across the first four months, and now I eat whatever I want. My body gives me quick feedback if something's off. Haven't started exercising yet since my heart's still healing from years of strain, but cardio's coming soon.

Bumped up because 2.5mg wasn't controlling my glucose, being T2 diabetic. Weight loss was also minimal, like 4 pounds bouncing back and forth for six weeks straight. 5mg's been solid so far, feeling much better overall, blood pressure seems improved too, glucose is under control though not quite where I want it, might climb again after another month at 5. We'll see! Second week on 5mg, no loss during the thigh-injection week, then switched to stomach for week two and dropped 5 pounds, and that's not even a full week yet! Barely any food noise on 5mg either! Good luck on your own 5mg jump - I was nervous about bad reactions too, had some minor side effects that first week, nothing severe enough to send me back to 2.5mg. My body was clearly ready for this step since I feel so much better right now. Wishing you the best!

Thanks for the reply. My doctor had me start at 5mg. Felt like a lot of side effects at once, but I really do need the weight down. On month four now.

Thank you so much

Ate a bigger portion than usual yesterday and honestly felt a lot better afterward, no lingering hunger bugging me. Thinking I'll hold steady on 2.5mg a bit longer while nudging my calories up slightly (still under maintenance). Thanks again...
