I feel amazing & zero side effects! ✨

Hong Kong Yanpep International
The first week is usually the worst for side effects and then things improve from there. Not letting that experience define the whole journey is the message worth sending to anyone who is one bad week away from quitting. Water, protein, and fiber really are the practical tools.

Protein and fiber as the two non-negotiables is the right working framework - protein protects muscle and maintains satiety, fiber manages the GI slowing effects. The change in food relationship that happens beyond appetite suppression is one of the more significant longer-term outcomes.

Eating strawberries and about 100 grams of oats daily as part of my routine, plus at least two liters of water. Feeling great right now honestly, all the side effects seem to have faded out.

On day six of my first dose here and haven't run into that at all. Are you getting enough fiber in? I've dealt with some nausea, but I'm making sure to hit at least 30g of fiber daily and haven't had any other stomach trouble beyond that.

Appreciate the ginger candy suggestion. Managed to walk away with a prescription today for an anti-nausea medication and it's already making a noticeable difference!

Kind of jealous! Dealt with IBS-D my whole life until starting Tirz, never once expected to be battling constipation instead, but GLPs pulled it off, and nothing worked until chia seeds soaked in water entered the picture. Never used to think twice about fiber intake either, honestly couldn't say if fiber ever caused gas before since literally everything did. These days? Barely an issue anymore. Count yourself lucky you're not dealing with any of that!
