Been stuck in basically the same spot myself, just for a longer stretch. Held steady for the better part of a year. Wish it counted as maintenance already, but there's still more I want to lose. Finally decided to move up a step but couldn't track down anywhere able to fill that particular amount. No insurance coverage here, so staying in close contact with my regular doctor to make sure care stays solid. He was hesitant about switching me over since his research suggested restarting from the lowest dose. That's actually not accurate, doctors more plugged into this drug class tend to move patients over at a higher starting point instead. A little nervous about adjusting to something new though, the first medication genuinely wrecked me for the first several months.
Heard that particular amount doesn't carry people very far anyway, so decided to go with the advice I'd been given. Starting the new medication this week at a solid opening dose.
