Tirz + Reta or Cagri... or split dose?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Injected 0.75mg and I'm honestly torn on whether it's doing anything at all. My opinion on cagri keeps flipping day to day, but bottom line it isn't delivering the hunger control or quieter food thoughts I was hoping for. Tried combining cagri and reta once and ended up feeling awful with no extra suppression to show for it, so I dropped both entirely. It's been a few weeks and I've restarted clean, but I still can't figure out why this isn't hitting harder for me. Wish there were more accounts from people in my situation who need much bigger amounts even at the start. Should I just jump straight to 1mg, maybe even 2? This comment gives me a bit of hope actually. What was the timeline for you getting up to 2mg? Thinking about going there myself if 1mg doesn't do anything. Edit: pinned 1.5mg. Still absolutely nothing!

I'm stacking cagri onto my tirz right now. I added it as prep for my Reta experiment. Five weeks in now and still climbing. Four of those weeks were at 1mg and I lost a grand total of half a pound, so maybe it's time to bump the dose a bit.

month3-forreal73 I run that exact combo: tirz 2.5mg, cag .25mg, Reta 1mg. Tirz alone gave me terrible heartburn plus nausea, so I stacked rather than upping the dose. Too soon for results, but I bet it will match a big solo tirz dose with fewer sides.

Thanks for this! I take my Tirz and Reta on the same day, but I believe I will split them. The Cagri may go as well, since it seems useless for me.

I'll probably move from Reta to Tirz once my kit is done, since reta barely touches my hunger. I added Cagri to fix that, so I'm at 12mg Reta plus 2.5 Cagri. Saving cash with a single Tirz shot sounds better to me.

Thank you all for the input! The plan is now reta plus tirz. Today brought my second reta shot, 0.5mg, and on Sunday I did 5mg of tirz. Ill likely hold at 5mg tirz while titrating reta up slowly. Sleep trouble seems to have come from stress; I adjusted my routine and things improved. PT for my injury is going great and Im cleared to begin exercising Monday, so hopefully sleep gets sorted.
