Reta not workin'?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Retatrutide hit my appetite like a freight train right out of the gate, even at a modest amount, but that effect faded fairly quickly. Ended up bumping the dose after roughly two weeks, and now hunger's basically nonexistent again.

My take, don't hesitate to move the dose up if needed.

Higher reta doses honestly intimidate me a bit given the elevated pulse I already deal with, felt it kick in right away even at 2mg, and it's just stayed elevated ever since.

Worth reviewing your full intake numbers to confirm you're eating enough relative to how much extra activity you're doing. You could try raising the dose, though as I said earlier, calming food noise just isn't reta's typical strength. Possible you were so fixated on the weight loss goal that your mind tuned out hunger signals more than reta itself did. Haven't personally tried either myself, but I've watched others layer in Cag or a small tirz amount alongside reta for that food noise benefit those bring. Could be worth considering too.

Been on the wolverine stack along with reta around five weeks. Before that I trained twice a week. Week 1 I was wiped out and sluggish, which I think was reta killing my appetite, since I was eating under 1000 cal a day. Week 2 I began eating properly, up to 1800 cal, and felt much better, though probably still low for my size. Week 3 felt great, weight steady at about 2lbs lost weekly with good energy. Weeks 4 and 5 I could train five days weekly and recovery is remarkable, hardly any soreness. Still down 2lbs weekly while adding some muscle. Protocol: reta 3mg once weekly in the morning; CJC1295 no DAC plus ipamorelin, 1mg daily 5 days on 2 off, bedtime, 12 week cycle; BPC157 plus TB500, 1mg daily 5 on 2 off, bedtime, 12 weeks.

I went from 1mg sema to reta and hit a stall too. I did my initial 3mg reta dose last night after working up from 1 mg over six weeks. One thing I personally noticed is I only eat around 1000 calories a day, and I'm 6'3 and 205 pounds. I think that may cause my stall rather than reta not working... Also rowing 6500m six days a week plus weights 2 days a week.
