Retatrutide hit my appetite like a freight train right out of the gate, even at a modest amount, but that effect faded fairly quickly. Ended up bumping the dose after roughly two weeks, and now hunger's basically nonexistent again.
My take, don't hesitate to move the dose up if needed.
