Got ARA-290 on the way, so I'm putting together my dosing plan before I start. Dealt with sciatica for years now, bad enough at times to bring me to tears and leave me completely unable to move. From what I've researched, ARA-290 gets reconstituted by adding saline solution until the freeze-dried disc fully dissolves, then adding whatever amount of bac water matches the concentration you're targeting. Half a milliliter of saline keeps showing up as the amount needed to dissolve the disc before adding the right amount of bac water. Wonder if using a full two milliliters of saline is what caused that painful spot on the other subject's thigh so quickly?
