There's a lot of mixed info floating around about reconstituting this stuff. Spent a couple weeks digging through what's out there online. The key thing to nail down first is whether your version is buffered. Buffered versions are fine with plain BAC water. Unbuffered, the safer bet leans toward phosphate buffered saline instead. Some folks get away with regular BAC water even on the unbuffered version, but personally it's too pricey a compound to gamble on messing up. I went all in and mixed PBS with a small amount of benzyl alcohol, then ran that through a fine micron filter before reconstituting, skipped BAC water entirely. Dissolved cleanly within seconds, so that's what I'm sticking with. Mine happened to be unbuffered, otherwise I'd have gone the simpler route.
