Ozempic journey: My experience

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Try moving up to 3 mg and give it a couple weeks. If nothing shifts, go to 4mg. That level should carry you for several months. You didn't give us much to go on though. My own path moved off Ozempic onto Reta, reaching 5mg by week three, and I've held there ever since.
My gym partner started at 2mg for two weeks, saw results but dealt with heavy food thoughts, moved to 3mg for two more weeks, kept losing but the mental chatter persisted, then bumped to 4mg, where he's remained for two months

Not following the logic here. If a low dose isn't cutting it, why not just climb to whatever level actually works for you. Seven weeks in and you still haven't reached where I started at 2mg. I'd have given up after only 4lbs in that same timeframe. My workout buddy went with a fortnight apiece at 2mg and 3mg, then held around 4mg for close to three months before finally moving up to 5mg just recently.
My own path on Ozempic climbed weekly through 2, 3, 4, and eventually 5 milligrams. Five seems to be my sweet spot for the moment. Though honestly I'm starting to snack again by day five, thinking about pushing to 6mg. Still dropped 4kg last month though, roughly 9lbs.

Seven months on 1.2mg took off 40+ lb for me. An app for counting calories showed I could already keep intake low and protein high enough. Everybody differs. If 1mg does it for you, great, that is the point.

Eight months on Ozempic and not one pound gone. My weight is exactly what it was when I began. I did a month at .25mg, six months at .5mg and one month at 1mg. Seems everybody responds differently.

Unfortunately put it all back on and then some. Trying to lose it again through calorie counting like before with ozempic, but no luck so far, and the medication's priced out of reach for me now anyway. It's genuinely fine to stay on this for life though, as long as your doctor and your own body are on board with it.
