Tirz vs Sema for mental health?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Emotional flatness, basically. One medication left everything feeling muted and distant, not depressed exactly, just never truly excited about things that used to bring genuine joy, and normally there's a naturally upbeat personality here. Switched to a different option at a smaller amount and that helped, but it's still present to some degree. Taking a week off from dosing during vacations makes the mood shift far more noticeable than any appetite change. Lost a solid amount over a couple years and it's genuinely made a real difference for inflammation and achy joints too, even at the smaller amount.

sleepy_painter Sema wasn't doing much for me and I had lots to lose. Tirz worked faster. Sema also gave me plenty of nausea, tirz didn't. Tirz did bring skin aches, but it's a fair trade to avoid staying morbidly heavy.

Sema and Tirz both wrecked my stomach. Reta was magic, so I won't give it up. Hunting for supplements to fight anhedonia.

tirz gave me the worst nerve pain i've ever experienced, felt like i'd been physically beaten. couldn't even exercise since just having clothes touch my skin hurt. sema might move the weight slower, not totally sure, but it doesn't cause me any side effects and it actually helps calm my mast cell condition down.
