Survo vs. Cagri for Food Cravings?

That's pretty accurate! Cagri loses its effectiveness.

Survo vs. Cagri for Food Cravings?

I used that Crypto guy for a NAD order. Great communication and fast shipping. I'd definitely use him again.

Survo vs. Cagri for Food Cravings?

I've been on GLPs for around 2 years. I reached that Cagri dose within a month or so, starting at a low dose like 0.25mg.

Survo vs. Cagri for Food Cravings?

Thinking about trying Survo to curb the constant food thoughts. Is it more effective than Cagri? I've got Reta, Tirz, Cagri, and Lipo-c on hand. What's a good combo with Survo for food noise? Currently, I'm on 15mg of Tirz most days and 1mg of Cagri every other day.

Down 30+ lbs! Feeling myself again!

You look really good. Keep it up. Try to get about 20g of protein in each meal and eat that first. Chicken, etc. Protein keeps you full longer. And add strength training to keep the muscle you have.

Down 30+ lbs! Feeling myself again!

Looking great! Keep it up! Just so you know, I hit my goal weight (125 lbs, I'm 5'0") right before Thanksgiving. I stopped the shots before Thanksgiving because of travel, but I've kept losing weight. Maybe talk to your doctor about lowering the dose as you get closer to your goal. I wish I had...

    Lost 80! Life after GLP-1s?

I feel you on the cost issue! I'm wondering if some people, especially older adults, are stopping because their insurance covers less and less over time, or maybe Medicare doesn't cover it at all.

    Lost 80! Life after GLP-1s?

I started around 160lb at the end of 2022. I'm 5'0 and dropped to 120lb a few months ago! I'm tapering right now at 1.0 mg. Before I got pregnant at 45 (lol) I ran for 830+ days in a row -- at least a mile a day. I miss running! I hoped it'd be easier now, but I hurt my hip in the military and...

Ozempic: My Before & After -80lbs!

That's a valid concern, Ash1988. It really depends on your skin elasticity and how quickly you lose the weight. Some people find that consistent strength training helps, but others consider surgical options if it's a major issue for them.

    Down 150! But summer's coming...

It is important to have a good diet, hydration schedule and some kind of physical activity. Even a 20 min walk a day can make a difference. And please look into your mental health, a therapist might be able to assist you.
