    Mixing peps in one vial?

Mixing two reconstituted peptides in one vial works when both are stable in the same solution. Most combinations are compatible but checking the specific pair before committing is worth the step. For the math: dilute each to a known concentration first to keep dosing calculations clean.

    Wait, *this* is hunger?!

OMAD with meat and fat as the anchor is a reliable structure for hunger management on these meds - adding carbs or dairy tends to trigger reactive hunger that doesn't make sense given the low intake, which is the gastric emptying interaction showing up.

BAC vs Sterile water for Tirzepatide?

Sterile water without preservative runs 24-72 hours. The 28-day window assumes BAC.

    Halfway There! Woot!

peptides always degrade — cold slows it but doesn't stop. lyophilized lasts longer than reconstituted. in 3 months you won't notice 0.1-1% quality loss between storing at 5c vs -5c. probably not.

Retatrutide: Stock up or buy monthly?

I put all my peptides straight into the fridge as soon as I get them. Why risk any lost potency?

    Wait, *this* is hunger?!

everyone's different. I'm at 5mg and don't really notice dose timing differences. fri–sat food noise is a bit higher since I shoot saturday evening anyway. otherwise not hungry and no cravings all week.

    Over halfway to goal weight!

Good to order from these Tirz suppliers?

Hey, I'm on Mounjaro 2.5mg, just took my fifth shot. Looking into TR20 (tirz 20mg vials) to keep the same weekly 2.5mg. Anyone switch over and how'd it compare — effectiveness, appetite, sides, consistency?

Retatrutide: Stock up or buy monthly?

Unmixed in the fridge? Should be good for a good while - years, even. Once you mix it, you have more than a month before it might degrade slightly, like 5-10%. Just add a bit more to your dose to compensate.

    Mounjaro and no gym?

Exercise really does amplify the effects of these meds. I've been more consistent since starting sema. Been losing weight and feeling amazing. I wasn't always consistent before, but now it's just part of my routine.

    Mounjaro and no gym?

Strength training builds muscle. Walking is not enough. Even two days per week is fine.

    Mounjaro and no gym?

You don't HAVE to workout but you DO need to protect your muscle. Also, don't jump up in dose just to do it unless you need better blood sugar control. Stay at your current dose until it stops working: you plateau for a month, food noise comes back, glucose creeps up, etc.

    GLP-1 patent expiration?

Yeah, it sounds like they're trying to shut down a lot of the smaller places that compound stuff like BPC-157. It's gonna be harder to get some of these things, that's for sure.

    GLP-1 patent expiration?

    Woohoo!

    GLP-1 patent expiration?

I'm in BC, Canada and I've been seeing stuff in the news about generics hitting the market by late summer. I'm paying $250 outta pocket right now, so I'm def switching as soon as possible. Hopefully it'll be way cheaper.

    Is it working? Maybe?

So true! I wish I had taken better 'before' pics. I can feel the difference (down 70 pounds!) but seeing it would be even more motivating.

I'm not just saying it - I see it!
