    Reta first impressions... normal?

1mg as a Reta starting point at 210 lbs is the right entry regardless of starting weight - the tolerance window matters more than rushing the dose. Suppression at 1mg is usually mild; the profile expands at 2mg. One week is early for a full read.

    Reta & Mood Swings?

Mood dips on Reta usually track the glucagon side and resolve after a few weeks of adjustment.

    Energy Boost Stack?

B12 sub-q gives a noticeable lift for some. Methylcobalamin over cyanocobalamin if you have a choice. Most peptide sources carry it.

    Ozempic Journey - Big Change!

My wife and I dropped 50 pounds in 6 months on semaglutide compound at 2.4mg. When they stopped selling it we had to quit because of cost and we gained most of it back. Starting Zepbound tomorrow and she's starting Wegovy 0.5. Hope we can lose what we had plus more. Pro tip: if you get nausea...

    Down 50+ lbs!

Getting past side effects is legit. But jumping dose fast leaves you in uncharted water. Standard protocol doubles your start every four weeks. You're way ahead of that. Tracking weight? Got baseline bloodwork? What's the actual goal? Give yourself grace and the med time to catch up with your body.

Brain space: What DO you even THINK about?

every time someone says no weight loss, people swarm them saying eat MORE. makes no sense lol. more veggies, less calories, skip meals if you want. forcing 3 meals when you're not hungry is backwards.

WTF are we gonna use for bac water now?

Using BAC water from a Lithuanian or Latvian company. Been reliable from what I see but prices are way higher than China and no paperwork. Since joining here I've learned about this whole grey market. Heard Hospira is the gold standard. Found Birth Supplies Canada — they send Hospira to UK...

    Gaining weight back on Ozempic!?

Do you weigh yourself at the same time of day? Weight can fluctuate rather easily, mostly due to water. To gain 8 pounds in a week, you'd need to eat around 24,000 extra calories, or over 3400 calories a day. If your BMR is around 2200 calories, you'd have to eat about 5600 calories per day to...

    Gaining weight back on Ozempic!?

I've been taking Ozempic for around 5 months. I went from 280 pounds to my lowest of 240. I just weighed myself today and I'm up to 248 pounds. What gives? I haven't changed my diet; if anything, I've been eating cleaner. I'm worried I'm developing a tolerance. Is that possible?

High E2 on Reta & TRT - Help!

I can vouch for spreading out the injections. When I did 200mg all at once, I felt like crap for days until my body adjusted. Now that I'm pinning twice per week, it's much more stable. I'm glad you called out the high test dose, Pulse-Pal. That's the elephant in the room.

High E2 on Reta & TRT - Help!

I agree with others: increase injection frequency, lower your dose, and avoid AIs. I've been on TRT about 15 years. My ideal is 200mg of testosterone enanthate, and I inject 0.45mL (90mg) twice a week (Sun/Thurs). I was prescribed anastrozole when I started TRT. My starting dose in 2006 was...

Sema progress - 3 months in!

Amazing! Can you please answer some questions? It'll help me avoid errors. YukiWay What did you eat? Did salty foods cause water retention or slow loss? Did you exercise, and what kind? How much did you shed each month? Was loss faster at first? Did you titrate up? Thanks! Any other tips?

    Down 50+ lbs!

I started this journey back in March 2025. I was at my highest weight, almost 200lbs at 5'3.5". I don't weigh myself anymore because of past struggles, but I track my progress with pictures, and I'm finally seeing a real difference. The best things about being on this have been quieting the food...
