    Mounjaro: Two years in!

Stuck with MJ for two years, dropped 200 lbs, off it four months now and maintaining fine because of the habits I built. You gotta build muscle and cardio shape to keep going without it later.

I saw someone on another site say they dropped about 55 pounds and that keeps me motivated. Seeing success stories really helps with sticking to it!

    Down 104 lbs since springtime!

I'm at 40 lbs down since mid-year and feeling good about it, but I've stalled hard. Been stuck on the 1mg dose since winter and can't break past 222.

50lbs down - slow and steady!

Could you share what your dosage schedule looked like? Everyone's different, but I'm planning on a slow approach too! And congratulations on your success!

Switching from Tirz to Sema - experiences?

I think the key, as others have mentioned, is slow titration. I had a rough time when I increased my sema dose too quickly. Nausea, fatigue... it wasn't fun. Now I increase very gradually, and it's much more manageable.

Switching from Tirz to Sema - experiences?

Great points here! I agree that semaglutide can be rough for some, potentially more so than tirz. If you decide to stick with sema, absolutely follow the recommended dose increases. Semaglutide can be very potent; gradually increasing your dose lets your body adjust and minimizes side effects.

    Goal dress finally fits!

I'm so excited to dance again. When I began this journey, I felt so out of breath after only a few minutes of moving around. Now I can do an entire dance class! I've lost 75 lbs in about 8 months. Down from an XL to a M. Keep going everyone!

You look wonderful! I love non-scale victories like that. They really help you see the progress you're making.

Still feelin' big after losin' big?

I'm only on week 4 and already feeling kinda down. It's helping me eat SO much less, which is great for the scale, but my mood has tanked. Maybe I need to check my vitamins or something.

Still feelin' big after losin' big?

I'm doing this for health reasons mostly. My blood pressure and cholesterol are terrible. I need to lose about 35-45 pounds. Everything else is just extra.

    One year on GLP-1s!

Store vials in a container with frozen ice pack compartments if you don't have a separate freezer? Or skip the cold entirely, keep room temp up to a year?

    Anyone tried XXX Biotech?

That current price is an amazing deal. Every time I think the price can't get lower, it does lol. I'm tempted to jump in on the special and give away my more expensive stuff to family at cost.

    Anyone tried XXX Biotech?

It's risky business out here in the wild west of peptides!

    Anyone tried XXX Biotech?

Time will tell! I've seen people mention them and seem happy enough.

    Anyone tried XXX Biotech?

Honestly, I'd be wary of buying from anyone who cold-contacts you. Sounds like a recipe for getting ripped off. There are plenty of reliable sources right here on the forums. Stick around, read some threads, and maybe you'll find a vendor you trust enough to give your money to.

    Anyone tried XXX Biotech?

I haven't personally. But honestly, there are tons of suppliers out there where you don't even have to think twice. Have you checked out the connections area? You'll see a bunch there that people have used for ages, so at least you're going in with some knowledge.

    GLP-1 meds: Insurance coverage?

Started at 256 in April 2023. Hit 204 now, aiming for 178. Insurance covered Wegovy for a bit then dropped all GLP1s, so I switched between research semaglutide and other options. Tirzepatide is working at about 4 lbs a month.
