Down 104 lbs since springtime!

I'm at 40 lbs down since mid-year and feeling good about it, but I've stalled hard. Been stuck on the 1mg dose since winter and can't break past 222.
 
Never understood how unhealthy I actually was until I saw photos side-by-side. This has been a game changer. Size 10 down to size 0 and genuinely feel the best ever. Main advice? Give it time. Side effects might feel rough but getting through it is worth every bit of this journey.
 
Third shot of 1 mg and I felt it kick in pretty much right away. Cravings dropped fast after that first one. Getting enough protein is tough but not impossible. I've been on low-carb + intermittent fasting for years, eating like two meals a day. Week one and I'm down like 4 pounds already, clothes are looser, wife says my face looks different.
 
Going from 315 to 209 changes the license photo problem - the face change alone makes the 2003 version unrecognizable. The 104 lbs is one number but what changes underneath it is the metabolic whole picture. Walking at maintenance keeps the loss structural rather than just pharmacological.
