Surpassing the original target while still losing means maintenance planning becomes urgent - the question is what dose holds the new number rather than continuing to drop it.
Six years of trying and then the medication changes the trajectory is the part that doesn't come through in the weight loss number alone. The momentum shift is the actual milestone. 165 is close from here.
Oh yeah Reta-Strong, that's pretty common. The lower doses are starter doses. Some people find that sema is less effective until they get to 1.0mg or higher.
Totally get it. Protein shakes, yogurt, and fruit are just easier to get down. I almost have to force myself to eat cheese, eggs, or meat now, even though I used to love them.
Hi everyone,
Has anyone tried using ultraviolet light to sterilize their peptides? I was thinking about something like a SteriPEN for purifying water. Any thoughts or experiences? Thanks!

Dosage, insulin resistance, hormone levels, lifestyle choices – so many things can play a role. I usually try to look for patterns before making a decision on next steps.
I accidentally used a pen that was a lower dose than I was currently prescribed. So I supplemented with ANOTHER pen that expired in August of last year... I was nervous, but it seemed to work fine. The pharmacist told me they're usually good for a few months after the expiration date...
You are doing remarkably well. Do you mind sharing how long it took you to lose the weight? I started three weeks ago at 232 and I'm now at 220. I'm very pleased with the early results.
I saw another post recently from someone who started in January '25 at 227 and is now at 196. It's so inspiring! Feeling like my goal is more realistic every day.
