SW: 273, current 212! Started this journey around June '25. I'm a 35 year old mama of two. These days I'm focusing on building muscle and doing about 20 mins of cardio. Had my bloods done recently and everything's looking good! Still want to drop another 70ish pounds but it feels possible now! Thanks for all the support!

Plateaus are normal! My doctor calls them "body resetting weeks" which somehow kept me from getting discouraged.
 
I saw another post recently from someone who started in January '25 at 227 and is now at 196. It's so inspiring! Feeling like my goal is more realistic every day.
 
I saw a post from someone whose starting weight was 203, current is 170, and goal is 130. They said they're finally seeing a difference, which is awesome!
