    I have to really tell myself I don't need to eat. I eat my portion. Usually two bigger meals a day and a few small healthy snacks. And drink tons of water.

    You need to track your calories. It doesn't matter if you are eating healthy food if you don't have a calorie deficit. Even with meds, you need to burn more than you take in to lose weight. Count calories and get an app to track them. Exercise, but don't increase your calories as a reward.
