    Ozempic face is real!

Seeing before and after pics is so inspiring! Found this on Reddit: Same pair of shorts, huge difference a year later! It's all about trusting the process! Reddit Link

    Tirz end-game strats?

Everyone's different, but I didn't set a specific goal. I just stayed on the same dose until I stopped losing weight. I'm happy where I'm at, so I plan to keep going. I've been on tirz for almost a year. I'll re-evaluate later. And if I start gaining, I'll adjust.

    Steady progress!

I am also scared of gaining the weight back when I go off this stuff! I have family in pharma who say it is inevitable.

    Steady progress!

I wish time would fly by! I've hit a plateau since transitioning from phentermine to ozempic. I was on .25 for a couple of weeks, and today is my fourth .5 dose. I'm seeing my doctor this week to review labs (because of my hair), and I'm hoping she approves a bump to 1mg! Keeping my fingers crossed!

    TDEE Calculator Recs?

That's awesome! I started around 275 on Sept 4th and I'm at 200 now, averaging about 1.75 pounds a week. I'm 5'7", 50, moderately active, and I try to stick to around 1550 calories a day. If I'm getting under 1050 or so, I'll add a protein shake. I weigh myself almost every day because I like...

    TDEE Calculator Recs?

I usually check out the range, then experiment to see which end feels best and gives me the best results. Been on these meds for a while now, so I can take my time and listen to my body. Hope that helps!

    GLP-1s changed my life!

It's amazing how much these meds can change your life. I'm getting married soon, and I never thought I'd feel this good about myself!

    Am I doing this right?

IMO, up your T dose first. Peptides are a long game and not always worth the cost. What are your T levels?

    Am I doing this right?

Sounds like you're on the right track. I use 3ml luer-lock syringes for mixing, but I get them cheap. You could get 3ml syringes if you want (never seen 2ml ones). Insulin syringes are cheap too. You could use one for mixing and another for injecting. It's up to you, really.

    Am I doing this right?

I'm kinda tired so I'll be quick... I don't mean to sound like a jerk but if you used a calculator already, why are you asking us to check it? Are you just looking for validation that you're not gonna screw it up? OK, let's break it down. How many 7.5mg doses are in 30mg? 30 / 7.5 = 4 doses You...

    Lyophilized peps: Fridge or Freezer?

The Alibaba freezer (red one) goes to -40C reliably. Pretty happy with it. The ULT25 claims -86c but is smaller and pricier.

    R290, which is propane.

Clothes shrinking? Good prob to have!

It's crazy how different people react to this medication, isn't it? Some people lose a ton of weight super fast, while others have a much slower journey. Don't give up! Even slow progress is still progress! I'm sure you'll get there!

Clothes shrinking? Good prob to have!

I was going to sell some smaller clothes from a few years back, but I didn’t. Then I found even *smaller* clothes from before I gained all the weight. Now they’re too big too! I'm trying not to buy anything until I'm done losing because I've bought and outgrown stuff already. It is a good...

Clothes shrinking? Good prob to have!

I was so stoked to finally fit into some old jeans, but I’ve already outgrown them again! Haha. It’s a great issue to have, I guess. Down 41 pounds since October. Still on .5, seems to be working for me.
