    Enough with the protein craze?

Hey Clean_Journey I totally get that. Protein shakes are easy, and Greek yogurt. Someone suggested baby carrots or apple slices with nut butter for something easy to eat. I also like a poached egg on toast.

    Enough with the protein craze?

The FDA also gave us the food pyramid...lol. There are a TON of things that affect how much protein a person needs - activity level, what you're trying to accomplish, other health issues, etc. If you want to build muscle, you need way more than that 0.36g/lb. Maybe that's just how much you need...

    Enough with the protein craze?

It's honestly kinda hard to get the amount of protein you are *supposed* to eat. I'm trying to gain lean mass myself. To get my protein intake with just lean meats is costly .

    Bathing suits and zero f*cks!

This gives me so much hope! I've dropped about 35 pounds since summer. It's slow, but I'm getting there. I still struggle with seeing myself differently, but inspires me to keep going!

    Ozempic reshaped my face!

Seeing this makes me wonder about skin removal surgery. I've dropped a significant amount of weight and have extra skin. Anyone have experience with that?

    Ozempic reshaped my face!

You look gorgeous in both pictures, beautiful skin and features, but it has taken at least a decade off. Honestly, you look way younger. Congrats!

    Ozempic reshaped my face!

That's awesome! I didn't think I was losing anything until people started saying my face looked thinner. I have a beard, so I figured they were just mistaken, but last week while jumping into the lake, I noticed my jawline in some pictures for the first time in what feels like forever. Keep up...

Cartalax and Cortagen - anyone used?

I was curious about adipotide too, but after reading up on it, I think I'll pass. Some of the reports are pretty scary!

Didn't know that you could get stuck at a weight on Semaglutide. You look pretty 🎀

    Finally seeing some changes!

You look great!! ❤️🎉🎉🎉 Well done!! We have similar stories! I was at my heaviest when I weighed 215 and then I lost 15 pounds by myself using IF and keto. Then on April 1st, I weighed 195 when I started Semaglutide. I'm now at 2.4 mg and my weight is 150!! 👍 I don't really have a final goal...
