    GLP-1 weight regain - inevitable?

And what about the food noise? My spouse realized what 'normal' people's relationship with food is like. She struggled with that constant background noise, even when she was successful. Reducing that mental load, plus all the other benefits? No reason for someone like her to stop taking at least...

    GLP-1 weight regain - inevitable?

Exactly! Especially when they grab a 500-calorie smoothie on the way out of the gym!

    GLP-1 weight regain - inevitable?

Agreed 1000%! It's a big difference. My spouse and I are both on GLP1s, but we approach it differently. We've lost the same amount of weight, but I use a body comp scale daily to track fat % loss vs lean/muscle gain %. I'm working out every day and seeing about an 8% loss in fat mass and a...

    GLP-1 weight regain - inevitable?

I realized this when I was losing a pound a day just by fasting. Zero exercise. 21 days without food. That was last fall. I've been on a journey since then to unlearn everything I was told about diet and exercise. Only *I* control what I become. No one else is responsible for what I put in or...

    GLP-1 weight regain - inevitable?

I read a study ages ago about the few people who managed to keep the weight off long-term. The key? They totally reorganized their lives around maintaining their weight. It was their top priority, above everything else. Skipping dinner out with family? No problem. Missing a workout for a family...

    GLP-1 weight regain - inevitable?

Well if that's the gospel truth, it's a strong argument for staying on these things indefinitely. Some folks are totally against the idea though...

    Best bite first? Anyone else?

Why hand someone else the keys to how you feel about yourself? That's just giving away your power. Do what works for your health and let all that noise fade away.

    MJ Two Years: Still Going!

It's so inspiring to see long-term success stories. I've been on a GLP-1 for about 18 months now, down around 80lbs, and hitting maintenance is definitely the next big goal. Any tips for that transition, TrimSis?

    Guilt-free sweet treat?

That's a great point, Donut. I find that being prepared is half the battle. I invested in a high-powered blender and now make protein shakes with frozen fruit and greens. It's a game-changer!

    Guilt-free sweet treat?

Those low sugar ice creams can be pricey. This week, I went ahead and purchased a dessert machine. I've been experimenting with blending my regular protein shakes and creating ice cream. It's proving to work rather well. Also, sugar-free yogurt transforms into a very smooth ice cream.

I used Prostamax and Vesilute for six weeks and saw big improvements.

    Ipam and Sermo timing?

I've been experimenting with bioregulators lately and I'm really interested in Chonluten, Prostamax, Ovagen, and Vesilute. Anyone have any experience with these? I'm curious about dosage strategies and what results people have seen.

Tips for upping my sema dose?

Started 195, down to 152. Lost 6 inches from hips and waist, went down 4 band sizes up top. Got 7 more to shed then I'm going to taper back down carefully so I don't crash into hunger as the meds wear off. Really grateful for this.

Sema maintenance after 1 yr - success!

I'm coming up on my 3-year "anniversary" on this medication, and it's wild to see how much things have changed. It's been a real mind trip aligning my physical self with my mental state, but it seems to be getting there. That's amazing!
