Ipam and Sermo timing?

Sermorelin's got such a short half-life, like 11-12 mins, right? So, would it be best to pop the Sermorelin, say, half an hour after the Ipamorelin (which lasts a couple of hours)? Anyone played around with the timing? Seems like Sermorelin gets kinda pricey if you're using the higher doses (like 500 mcg before bed), so I'm trying to find the sweet spot with the lowest dose that still works. I've heard Mod GRF 1-29 might be a better deal, but my doc won't give it to me.

Some background: I'm in my 50s and been on test + HCG for ages, but I just started Ipamorelin and Sermorelin. Mostly trying to get better sleep and more energy during the day. I'm not super overweight and barely drink, but I've got some mild fatty liver stuff going on, which I guess can be tied to low growth hormone. Plus, I have stage 1 gastroparesis, so fasting before injections is tricky 'cause my stomach's never really empty.

Started Ipamorelin (350 mcg before bed) about three weeks back, but didn't really notice any sleep improvements. Added 500 mcg Sermorelin a few nights ago, and it's been hit or miss. I know not to eat before dosing.

Why don't you try just Ipamorelin, around 0.5 mg daily, along with 5 mg of melatonin and magnesium before bed? I've also heard phosphatidylserine helps with sleep too.

MeltMom Thanks for the advice! I'll give those magnesium supplements a shot. I tried Mg Theonate last night, but didn't see any difference. I'm going to try Mg Malate with a bit of Mg Glycinate tonight.

Melatonin's been a bit of a downer for me in the past. After a week or two of using it, especially at higher doses, I start to feel depressed. But I'll try a low dose again and see if it gives me some short term sleep benefits.

Stick with the bedtime dosing. Maybe try adding some tryptophan before bed too. I also like that magnesium theonate and think you should stick with it. Melatonin, not so much, small amounts are okay.

Thanks for the suggestions, everyone. I had one awesome night of sleep using Magnesium Malate + Magnesium Glycinate + Ipamorelin + Sermorelin a few nights ago. But it hasn't worked since. Swapping in magnesium theonate didn't do anything. Messing with melatonin doses now.

I've always had sleep problems (I've seen many docs over the years), and I've tried all sorts of meds. I even got a prescription for HGH back in the early 2000s from an age management doc, but the prices got too high, so I had to stop. Couldn't get a prescription later on. I felt amazing on it. I could handle exercise like a normal person, and exercise didn't ruin my sleep. Hoping some GHRH/GHRP combo will work now.

I've been experimenting with bioregulators lately and I'm really interested in Chonluten, Prostamax, Ovagen, and Vesilute. Anyone have any experience with these? I'm curious about dosage strategies and what results people have seen.

I've looked at some research on Chonluten. It appears to regulate gene expression in lung tissue and the GI tract and to act as a geroprotective agent. There may even be some use for it in chronic inflammatory diseases.
