    Splitting my dose?

Extending the interval is the other lever when you want to taper - going from weekly to 10 days to 2 weeks to monthly follows the half-life curve rather than fighting it. Hunger returning is the signal to step back an interval, not to abandon the plan entirely.

Mounjaro side effects got too bad 😭

I saw someone else mention Contrave... that could be something to look into. I've also heard good things about swimming or aquafitness if you need low-impact exercise. Hang in there!

Mounjaro side effects got too bad 😭

Just curious... Eating only toast (empty calories) and (at least) rice doesn't sound like healthy food for your gut. Did you ever try eating mostly (preferably organic) vegetables to rule that out? I eat a lot of avocado, carrots, eggplant, different mushrooms, bell peppers. Did you use...

Mounjaro side effects got too bad 😭

Maybe switching to Ozempic could be a solution?

    Down 60, feeling good!

40 lbs on sema and another 20 on Tirz is a clean sequential protocol - the switch itself tells you the GIP component was adding something the sema track alone wasn't covering.

    Glow/Klow Stack Issues?

GHK-Cu compatibility in a stack matters - it can react with other peptides depending on pH. Keeping each in its own vial and mixing only at injection avoids the interaction issue.

    Mounjaro and no gym?

I agree with It's all about doing SOMETHING to maintain muscle mass and strength while losing weight. Even a little bit makes a difference in the long run.

    Mounjaro and no gym?

A few points to consider, everyone. Walking will help. The more movement the better. But if you don't make an effort to maintain your muscles, you'll lose muscle along with fat. Also, diet is more important than exercise for weight loss. You need to eat healthy foods, get the right macros, and...

    Mounjaro and no gym?

I began taking Zepbound almost a month ago. I am still at the lowest dose, 2.5 mg, but will be moving up to 5 mg next week. I started on Jan 20th at 223 lbs and today I am 214 lbs. I don't really work out but I am on my feet as a nurse for around 170 hours a month. I dont really have the time or...

    Too many rules?

I agree with HormoneHacker, keeping my rules simple has helped. I tried a million diets, but they were all too restrictive for me

    Too many rules?

I have enough trouble with my own mind pushing back against my rules. Like having a little demon on one shoulder and an angel on the other. Outside advice? Nope.

    Too many rules?

For me, the only thing that works long-term is aiming to eat reasonably and eating what sounds good. I've done too many diets over the years. If I have to follow a ton of rules, I know I'll fail. So far, so good, and if anyone tries to tell me what I should eat, I just tell them I'm happy that...

    Finally made it to goal!

I love seeing these success stories. It encourages me so much. I remember when I hit 299, I cried! I'd been trying so long to get below 300. Then 289? I was ecstatic. Can't wait to see 279!! We are all killing it!

    One year down! Woo!

Hey Lift_Ready, I've been on this stuff for a while now. Biggest side effect for me has been constipation. Gotta stay on top of fiber and water intake!

    Peps for the ladies?

I've been using Glips for weight control, and I've been doing weight lifting and resistance workouts. I feel stronger, like I'm getting younger every day, and I'm happier with my body. A workout class like Les Mills Body Pump could be a great option.
