Okay, so I've got a real problem. I've noticed some serious 'turkey neck' action happening. I've managed to drop around 30 pounds, hoping to lose another 30, but this loose skin under my chin is not cute! Any ideas on peptides or anything else that might help?
I've lost about 45lbs in the past year, and now people keep telling me to stop?! Like, I'm finally at a healthy weight and feel good. It's so annoying.
I feel that! Feels like I'm getting my body back. I was diagnosed with type 2 a year ago, after gaining 75lbs during and after pregnancy. I'm 5' tall, so that was really bad. What a relief!
Major milestone alert! Another user on here is celebrating being under 200lbs for the first time in a decade. It's awesome to see people achieving what once felt impossible! Keep crushing it!
Wow, just wow. Thanks for posting, it's inspirational to me. I'm a 64 y/o f, 5'5", started at 201, now 167 after 7 months, want to be 150. We're similar! Getting off insulin must be great. And doing this on point5 is amazing!
I totally understand what you mean! I think, at least here in the US, our idea of what a healthy weight looks like is warped. It's so easy to be around people who are all overweight. Then suddenly, being a normal weight makes you "too thin." It's skewed. People are calling themselves mid size...
I'm reading up on ultra-processed foods after seeing people talk about it. It's everywhere! I'm hoping to lose weight and keep it off by avoiding them.
