    Protein is Key!

Cottage cheese with volume food is the right stack - protein stays high while bulk reduces between-meal hunger. Cucumber and radish hit that exactly.

Tirz, Reta, and Joint Pain: Anyone Else?

80-90% resolution in the hand and thumb is a solid outcome. That joint responds well on the combined protocol. Most see the improvement within 4-8 weeks at therapeutic dose.

    Protein shakes while on GLP's?

Shakes handle the protein gap when appetite is suppressed. Liquid goes down easier at lower intake. Whey or casein, skip the sugary flavors.

Mounjaro pen clicks - how many?

Yes. I have been doing that.

Mounjaro pen clicks - how many?

The golden dose is hard to get out. I finally forced the clicker as much as I could and was successful! I had two pens in the icebox with extra in them that I was not able to extract. I tossed one pen which was a mistake because it has doses in it left :( Luckily I got a 5mg pen but am still on...

JKL peps - anyone try them?

Has anyone used the site that sounds like 'GoPugs' for growth hormone stuff? They seem to have decent prices, but I can't find any reviews anywhere. They take digital currency as payment, which is a bit sus.

Mounjaro pen clicks - how many?

If you only use half the medication in your pen you actually get double the amount of doses. So if you get 10mg pen but only use 5mg, you can extract the remainder by using an insulin syringe. If you keep the used pen in the fridge, it will last until the displayed expiration date.

JKL peps - anyone try them?

Why be so secretive? Who are you trying to protect? Just say your issue.

    Coming off MJ...any success stories?

I hope you reach your goals! Unfortunately, stopping the meds led to pretty quick weight regain for me after about 3 weeks. I'm hoping I can eventually go off, but I think I need to stay at my current weight for a while before trying again.

    Coming off MJ...any success stories?

Hey everyone, I've been on Mounjaro since last fall (Sept '24) and started at 280 lbs. Here's my dosage journey so far: * Sept-Oct '24: 2.5mg * Oct-Nov '24: 5mg * Nov '24-Now: 7.5mg I'm currently hovering around 175 lbs, which I'm really happy with. The weight loss is incredible, but even...

Peptides & lifting: what goes with what?

I'm an older lifter with some nagging injuries... I tried switching up my routine, but no luck. I even took two months off! Still have joint pain but now I have more fat and less muscle. I'm thinking of going back to lifting while using Glow for recovery. Should I lift heavy (after easing back...

    Anyone tried PE-22-28?

I saw one person say they haven't even been sick since starting peptides – ipamorelin/CJC-1295. Maybe I should look into this more...

GLP-1s and Mood: The Real Talk

Thank you for addressing the relationship angle. When my spouse read about lawsuits, he panicked. What helped was reviewing published trial data together and comparing the cardiovascular risk reduction versus my prior metabolic numbers. Facts calmed him more than reassurance alone...

    GLP-1 Side Effect Database!

Impressive! Great initiative. I'd recommend adding a disclaimer that says "Anecdotal - use at your own risk" and "This is a compilation of user experiences found online".

Sharing this with my clinic! My doctor always says the patients who are actually on the meds know the most.

    Retatrutide: total newbie questions

My friend is on it, and she has lost a ton of weight with minimal issues. Apparently, the glucagon part can cause some anxiety/insomnia, but she has been able to manage that. I am thinking of trying it myself to help suppress my appetite a little. I got here without GLP-1s, but a little...

    Retatrutide: total newbie questions

I've been seeing a lot of buzz about retatrutide, especially for folks on TRT. Apparently, it can help with stubborn fat loss, even when hormones are dialed in. It's supposed to be a triple agonist, which is different from the meds that are just GLP-1 based. Interesting stuff!
