Tirz, Reta, and Joint Pain: Anyone Else?

Thanks @CGM_Watcher. I was thinking the same thing. It's just tough to give up on the idea of Reta since it's supposed to be so much better for weight loss. But feeling good is more important, I guess.

Stomach surgery changed my whole situation - had 80% removed. Blood work guides what I actually need. Daily multi for sure, D3 when it crashes, fish oil for omegas, B12 shot monthly helps with rest, and KLOW shots cut the joint pain way down.

I've heard tirzepatide helps many people with pain and swelling. I have hypermobility, Lyme disease, and autoimmune thyroid stuff. Nothing before would let me shed weight. Has anything worked in your situation?

I'm only a few weeks in and braced for constipation problems, but honestly the opposite happened. Digestion feels smoother with way less discomfort. Curious if others are finding the same thing.

8mg Reta is a significant dose and joint discomfort at that level is documented here. Adding Tirz introduces the GIP component - a different anti-inflammatory pathway. Protocol tracking: dose, interval, and joint response over the first 4-6 weeks.

80-90% resolution in the hand and thumb is a solid outcome. That joint responds well on the combined protocol. Most see the improvement within 4-8 weeks at therapeutic dose.
