    I'm down about 35 pounds since July '24. Wish I'd had the foresight to snap some before pics! Dug around and found an old photo where I was wearing a specific t-shirt. I put it on again, along with the same jeans (though a size smaller, lol). It's subtle, but the shirt isn't stretched as much now.

    Wow, our stats are so similar! I peaked at 225 lbs and I'm currently maintaining around 143 lbs. Though it took me a fair bit longer. Major congrats!
