    Lilipeptides: Anyone tried them??

Exactly! That's why I'm so hesitant to try anything new. I'd rather stick with what's proven, even if it costs a bit more.

    Lilipeptides: Anyone tried them??

That was actually my FIRST ever peptide purchase. I haven't even tried it yet because I got a weird feeling after finding this forum. Has anyone here actually used it?

    FDA cracking down?

This is interesting because I saw a Reddit thread the other day about someone whose optometrist was kind of a jerk and attributed their vision changes to Ozempic. Sounds like it could be a real concern!

One year on MJ - what a ride!

Okay, so today marks a year since I started Mounjaro. I'm 34, 5'0", started at 259, then 230, and now I'm hovering around 140. But the CRAZIEST thing is the mental shift. I'm a totally different person. I'm super into fitness now. I'm religious about my weightlifting. I'm OBSESSED with...

    Down 45lbs & feeling great!

You can do it! Just stick with it and focus on making small, sustainable changes to your diet and activity levels. Even cutting out sugary drinks can make a big difference.

    Down 45lbs & feeling great!

That's awesome! Congratulations! I started on July 19th at 218 lbs, and this morning I weighed in at 204. It's incredible how well it's working, and I've barely had any side effects. I need to start exercising, but I've completely cut out fast food and I'm drinking way more water. I'm hoping to...

    Down 40kg in 5 months!

It's awesome to see people having success. I started Ozempic (switched to Liraglutide now) at 213 pounds and I'm 5'7. I'm now at 190. Getting out of the 'obese' category felt like a victory!

Coming off sema... what should I expect?

If you decide to give sema another shot later, or maybe try tirzepatide or retatrutide, you might want to have some over-the-counter or prescription meds on hand to help with the side effects. I've found that THC gummies, gabapentin, and even acetaminophen can help when I'm dealing with stomach...

Coming off sema... what should I expect?

I haven't read about any true withdrawal symptoms. If I go a day or two late on my tirzepatide injection, the only thing I notice is that I'm hungrier than usual. But tapering down your dose could help minimize any side effects as you stop. The side effects tend to be related to the size of...

Yeah, I'm also curious about that! And did you change your routine at all during that year?

    It's tougher than it looks...

I agree with what no-more-snacks said. My spouse mentioned that their cravings for alcohol diminished while on this medication, along with a reduction in food cravings. I wonder if there's potential for its application in treating alcoholism.

Pics really DO show the change!

Amazing progress, RunFTW! It's really inspiring. I'm thinking of finally getting some ink done now that I'm losing weight. Always worried about how it would look if I gained it all back!
