    Holding the weight I lost!

I was thinking about that the other day. I know someone who weighs about what I lost. I cannot imagine hauling them around 24/7. Congrats on your success!

    Two Year Oz Journey

TrueQueen Definitely. Ozempic worked wonders, but I hit a wall. Swapping to Mounjaro seems to be what I needed to get the scale moving again. Plus, I like not taking so many pills!

    Coming off GLP-1s: Success!

Congrats, this is the dream! Did you gradually reduce your dose or stop completely? My partner and I are also trying to conceive, and I'm scared to get off the medication.

No one's gonna flame you for posting a free file like that. It's just funny how many Etsy shops are selling these decorative vial holders and stuff.

    April '24 - Now: Pics & Experiences

For me, it was a bit of both. The scale definitely moved, but the biggest difference was how my clothes fit and how I looked in pictures. The scale can be deceiving sometimes, especially with strength training.

    April '24 - Now: Pics & Experiences

Hey all, 45F, 5'3". Highest weight was 203, started meds at 183 (pic on the left!). Current weight is 129. Tapering down from my maintenance dose now. Keen to hear from anyone who's been on maintenance for a while... what's worked, what hasn't. I'll be sharing my own journey as I go. Ask me...

Is everyone hating on GLP-1 meds?

These meds really should come with more education from the start. They're powerful tools but self-medicating blind is asking for trouble. Wise and safe approach.
