    So, I began with the green pen, moved onto the -tide for about 8 months, and now I'm back on a sema, but the oral version. Thinking of going all-natural alongside the Rybelsus now. I've gone from 264 to 213, and I've actually gained some muscle, so it's definitely fat loss. I feel fantastic!
