    Been counting calories, eating mostly protein with few carbs, running a calorie shortage, and weight training like 5 days each week.

    Just stick with it and trust the process. I found that the first few months were the hardest, but it got way easier as my body adjusted.

    I'm happy to share what worked for me! Mostly I've focused on eating a high protein diet and trying to get in at least 30 minutes of walking most days. It isn't always perfect but consistency is key!
