Tirz plateau - switch to reta?

If the stall is recent and you're near goal, finishing the tirz first is the lower-risk call - reta's wash-in time is 3-4 weeks regardless, so switching now doesn't buy speed.

    Spacing out doses?

Monthly spacing works for maintenance - dose level determines what you can tolerate.

My real weight loss experience with GLP-1s

I almost didn't share this because I'm nervous, but here is my actual weight loss journey using GLP-1 meds. I've been taking them for about 4 months now and the results are unreal.

Ozempic - How are you getting it?

My primary care physician. I've had Type 2 Diabetes for 2 years. I have health insurance. It's decent insurance for how expensive it is. Got the prescription at the start of January. My pharmacy showed it was pending insurance approval. I kinda forgot about it. At a checkup last week, my PCP...

Down 18lbs in 6 mo... slow n steady!

That's actually really good progress. Everyone expects huge changes right away, but a consistent loss over time is what lasts. I'm using some other service and I'm seeing similar results.

Oops, made a GLP-1 food mistake!

True, true. I usually just snack on shot days. I made the mistake of getting fast food with the kids. Tummy aches and all sorts of issues for 48 hours. A few antacids, a soda, and fetal position therapy for hours to burp and fart it all away, lol.

We devoured 4 pastries - super sugary, oily, and fatty. Zero appetite after, just a light snack for lunch...

    Tirz underperforming? 🥺

Thanks MixBro, that makes me feel a little better! It's just so frustrating when you think it's working and then suddenly it's like nothing happened. I should probably just chill and wait for Wednesday.

    Finally broke 300!

Hi! I'm 58, 5'10", and currently around 225lbs. I just started my journey last week and I've already lost about 5lbs. I've been stuck around 225lbs for what feels like forever and slowly gained over the years. I can't even remember the last time I was under 200lbs, but I'm looking forward to it...
