I've tried both KLOW and KPV via subq. KPV seemed to help with skin sensitivity, and irritation. KLOW was a bit better, except at the injection site where it caused extra irritation.

If you're feeling that bad, maybe go back to 0.25mg. Stay at that level until the adverse effects are gone, then wait at least a month with no weight loss before increasing the dosage again.

Yup, diet and exercise are key! I try to eat a balanced diet with plenty of protein and veggies, and I aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise most days. It's not always easy, but it makes a big difference.
