    Peptides won't build muscle on their own. First: consistent resistance training, weights heavy enough to actually feel the strain. Second: 0.75–1g protein per pound of bodyweight — not optional. Then maybe testosterone or creatine. Elite athletes add anabolics and HGH.

    You're not in a race, right? 😊 Lower dose, simpler stack for as long as it works—that's what most of us agree on. Plus it's cheaper. Diet, exercise, and sleep matter more than chasing higher doses. Less is more here.

    Not everyone gets the weight loss from stimulants. Wouldn't count on it for a plateau. I've been on them 2 years for ADHD, not on a GLP, and lost very little from them. Talk to your doctor about breaking through your plateau with your actual weight loss med. That's your tool.

    Tried NAD for 4 months straight and felt absolutely nothing. Got that weird warm rush after injecting but zero energy boost, no extra weight loss, nothing. Wondering if I was dosing wrong. Seems like it should ramp up not front-load then drop, so might try a fresh vial with a different protocol.

    freezing reconstituted peptides is usually a bad move. sterility gets compromised, storing in a needle or plastic tube for weeks isn't ideal. you're probably overthinking the 28-day thing—most people use these way longer. honestly it's less risky than some alternatives.
