Fridge or no fridge after opening?

Keep it refrigerated - the 28-day room temp rule on the Wegovy label is a maximum, not a target.

    Food noise creepin' back!

Suppression fading at 5mg after the transition is a common inflection point - the receptor adjustment settles and 7.5mg becomes the standard next move.

    Glow/Klow Stack Issues?

The GHK competition issue is dose and timing dependent - spacing injections a few hours apart is the standard fix rather than dropping the stack.

7+ months in - slow but steady!

Awesome! You look wonderful! How are you feeling? I'm only 3 months in, and I'm not confident my scale works, lol. Seems like I'm maybe 15-20 pounds lighter. I try to avoid weighing myself too often because the numbers get frustrating. My jeans fit better. That's positive.

Wow, great job on your progress everyone! I'm about a month in, on the smallest dose and not noticing much. Hopefully, it kicks in soon!

When did the scale finally budge??

I just injected my third does. I dropped a pound then gained a pound back. I've been going to the gym a lot (worry about losing muscle). My appetite has decreased, but I often eat out of habit and boredom still. Haven't had any nausea. I'm really looking forward to raising the dosage in a couple...

    I finally made it!

Sure! #1 tip: be patient! It's not a race. #2: Listen to your body. Eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full. #3: Celebrate every win, big or small!

    Holding the weight I lost!

I actually just sent my mom a text that said, "Mom, I don't know who that big guy is standing next to you in that photo, but he needs to lose some serious weight ASAP!" She thought it was hilarious!

    Holding the weight I lost!

I made my daughter hold a couple of dumbbells, maybe 15lbs each, and she struggled. Then she was shocked that I used to be lugging around the same as her! Explains a lot.

    Holding the weight I lost!

Has anyone else tried to lift the amount of weight they've managed to lose? I can hardly believe I used to carry it around all day, every day. I had a hard time just picking up a fraction of it!

    KLOW... anyone tried it?

I've lost about 30 pounds and I'm noticing more stretch marks and my skin doesn't feel as tight as it used to. Kinda bummed. I've also been feeling a little down lately. Has anyone else experienced this?
