Hit my goal! Skin removal next!

Thanks everyone for the kind words! Kelly1976, I'm going to a clinic in Poland for the skin removal. It's significantly cheaper there. I'm looking at around £6,000 for a full tummy tuck and a breast lift.

Thank you! I was on the highest dose. I increased the dose every four weeks, starting from the lowest dose.

Hit my goal! Skin removal next!

I've finally reached my target weight after 13 months! Down 115 pounds total. I started at 258 pounds and wore a size 26 (UK). Now I'm fitting into size 10-12s. I'm scheduled for skin removal surgery in September!

    Short hair after weight loss?

I totally get the reward mentality, Lean_IRL! I'm already planning my post-loss wardrobe. I can't wait to buy some cute jeans that I haven't been able to wear since high school!

    Short hair after weight loss?

That's my secret aspiration too! I'd love to have a short hairstyle, but right now my face feels too wide and I'm afraid it will only emphasize my saggy neck. But I'm planning to get a chop when I get closer to my goal weight.

    Ozempic 2nd time's not a charm?

Oh yeah, definitely be careful with alcohol if you're going off the medication for a bit. It hits you WAY harder. The delayed emptying of your stomach messes with the alcohol absorption. One drink can feel like three!

    Ozempic 2nd time's not a charm?

Very common. You can still lose weight, but it will take time. You won't start losing again until you're back at your previous highest dose for a good while. You might even need to increase it a little more. Try going to 1.4mg using pen clicks. Or, switch to Mounjaro; it often leads to more...
