Down 160lbs - face gains!

That's fantastic! I'm curious, have you noticed any changes in your facial hair growth? I've lost about 25 pounds, and I think my beard looks a bit fuller now, maybe because the skin isn't as stretched.
 
Huge congrats! You have great hair BTW -- did you experience hair loss while on Ozempic? Because 160 pounds is HUGE!! Great job!
 
Were you exercising much during your weight loss journey, or was it mostly due to the medication and daily activities? Also, how long did it take you to lose all that weight?
 
I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed weight loss in unexpected places? Since starting Mounjaro a year ago, I've noticed some weird spots getting thinner!

I haven't noticed my facial hair changing but I have had more hair growth on my arms. I used to barely have any but now I notice it.

Yes! My wedding ring is now loose! I need to get it resized. Has anyone else had that happen?
 
I am seeing more veins in my hands than ever before. I never used to be able to donate blood easily, but now they say it's a breeze!
