    Ozempic 2nd time's not a charm?

The best way to quiet those cravings is to really limit the simple carbs and sugar. They feed the bad gut bacteria that send hunger signals to your brain. I followed Keto for a while and it really helped. But it's hard to stay on it when others in the household aren't. If I have something sweet...

Switching injection sites - worth it?

I'm wondering what the maintenance dose is after you've lost all the weight. .50mg? .25mg?

Switching injection sites - worth it?

I switched from my upper leg to my stomach, then my weight loss stalled for a few weeks. Then I switched back and I lost weight again. It's probably worth trying!

    My Weight Loss Story

Amazing work, Yuki_1982! I started my journey around the same time, and I'm down nearly 90 lbs. It still feels unreal. I was stuck at the same plateau for what felt like forever, but I kept going. You're an inspiration!

Down 20lbs but don't see it?

Hello and thanks for posting in the community! A quick reminder of the rules. We can't discuss off-label semaglutide formulations, nor can we discuss selling or buying meds, even in private messages. Don't respond to anyone who offers to sell you anything - they're not endorsed by the sub's...

    Anyone had luck with Bremelanotide?

For me, the nausea's about the same. But the tanning is really noticeable.

    Anyone had luck with Bremelanotide?

I've heard some guys say they sometimes get an erection with PT-141, but it takes a few hours (and it's unpredictable). I tried it once and felt nothing except a little dizziness and a bad flush. I wasted my money. Indydaddy, that's terrible, hope you're doing better! More info on PT-141...

GLP-1 Comparison: What's working for YOU?

But this thread (and Minnie-the-Moocher's guide) is literally about comparing these peptides. If you think this whole discussion is invalid, that's fine, I guess(?). I just want to point out that the guide should be updated to say Reta caused ~24% loss at week 48, that's all.

GLP-1 Comparison: What's working for YOU?

Tirz showed an average of 21% at 72 weeks, so it's not really fair to show Retatrutide's average as ~17% at 24 weeks when it went up to 24% at 48 weeks. Plus, the people in the study were still slimming down. What would the final % be if it went for 72 weeks?

GLP-1 Comparison: What's working for YOU?

The Reta study had 24% weight reduction, not around 17%. This is important because it's the most effective drug so far, better than tirz (at 21%).

Under 200 after 20 years - lessons learned

Thank you SO much for your post! It gave me the motivation I needed today. I'm down 15 lbs and was starting to feel discouraged that it wasn't more, but you reminded me other things are important too!

Under 200 after 20 years - lessons learned

Wow, you're looking incredible and you're inspiring me! We're similar in age, height, and starting weight. I started in May (down about 30 lbs) and I hope to get where you are in around a year! I'm curious about loose skin? It worries me a lot 😅

    Retatrutide: Next Level Weight Control?

Toni1985, My energy levels are stable, no crashes. Appetite is definitely suppressed, but it's not an overwhelming "I can't eat anything" feeling like I had with semaglutide. I feel like I can make healthier choices more easily. Also, I don't have any nausea or stomach issues at all.
