    Finally made it to ONEderland!

The research paralysis on vendor selection is real. At some point the marginal return on more research drops and the decision has to happen. Good COAs and reasonable community reviews are the practical threshold - community reports will surface problems faster than any amount of pre-purchase...

    Low dose success!

TRT with fertility-preservation support is a reasonable combination when hormonal optimization is the goal without shutting down natural production entirely.

Reta batch testing - worth it?

Batch-specific search results vary a lot. If the community testing threads do not have it, the vendor testing page or their Telegram is the next place to check.

Has anyone noticed a change in their skin after losing a significant amount of weight? I'm a little worried about loose skin.

    GYC still GTG?

If your friend's in the US, there are trusted vendors here. Start with just a couple vials from places like Amino to figure out what actually works before committing to kits. Once he finds his rhythm, he should definitely check out this site and learn the ropes.

    Slow Start on GLP-1s?

Anyone else a bit of a late bloomer on these meds? I'm hitting week 6 (my second .5 dose) and the scale hasn't budged much, even though I've cut back on refined carbs, watch my calories, and hit the gym regularly. I get that I'm not at a full strength dose yet, but I wonder if us slow responders...

Ozempic pen carrier - cool or overkill?

I just ordered a mini sharps container from a medical supply place. It’s small enough to fit in my travel bag, and I can just toss the used needles in there. Then I empty it into my regular sharps container when I get home. I've seen people reccommend using an old prescription bottle with a...

Ozempic pen carrier - cool or overkill?

I think the idea is pretty ingenious, but what's wrong with just using the original packaging?

    Reta - Anyone Feeling It?

I'm on 8 mg split dose now; can't do once a week, it gives me anhedonia. It works fine for appetite, no other side effects. On reta, I'm really hungry, and hunger is normal on glps, but I don't eat as much. I'm amazed by the new results.

    Reta - Anyone Feeling It?

Yes, I agree. I have food noise because of metabolic issues. It's not mental. Fixing my metabolism helped me. I used 'the binge code' after being told by society and psychologists that I was flawed and needed therapy. I did therapy; it didn't help. 'The binge code' helped, but fixing my...
