    Anyone else a slow loser?

Four stone with four to go is real progress regardless of pace - and the face change at six months is the one that tends to catch people off guard first. Slow doesn't mean it isn't working; different baselines and titrations just produce different timelines. The ones who start slower often stay...

Mounjaro did WHAT?! My 2026 goal!

Summer to April is when the facial and postural change finally catches up with the scale - the two together in one timeline is a strong result.

    Red Light Therapy: Worth it?

Combo of red light and heat in the same session is what some people report works best for the loose skin piece. Private session solves the comfort problem too.

    Belly Fat Blues on Mounjaro

Visceral fat, which surrounds our organs and is concentrated in the abdominal area, is the most difficult to lose. Don't lose hope!

    Belly Fat Blues on Mounjaro

There's no direct way to eliminate belly fat, so don't let anyone tell you otherwise. It mainly depends on your genetics and body fat percentage. Just keep doing what you're doing, as the lower your body fat, the smaller your 'belly fat' will be. Good luck!

    Protein is Key!

Congrats on getting back on track! I have ADHD too. The struggle is real. AI and grocery delivery are game changers, plus phone timers/reminders. Your mushroom casserole sounds great! Can you share the recipe?

    Sterilizing peps with UV?

I thought peptides were supposed to be kept in the dark? UV is way stronger than regular light, so it would probably mess them up.

    Protein is Key!

Thanks for the info, it's so true. I'm pescatarian, and protein is hard for me too. I need pea protein, Greek yogurt and salmon to get close to my goals. Even when I'm really trying, I still come up short of the official daily protein recommendation. I found this protein calculator online...

Just took my first shot! Eeeek!

Those first-time shot jitters are definitely a thing. Most people don't notice huge improvements right away. It usually takes a few days. So be patient!

Sudden Hunger on Tirz/Reta - what gives?

Every few weeks, I get intense cravings for foods I normally avoid when trying to lose weight. I'm talking pizza, ice cream, burgers, all kinds of stuff I usually don't crave. I gain 2-5 pounds, feel bloated, and worry that my meds have stopped working and everything's ruined. Then my period...

    Face reveal! (GLP-1 NSV)

Awesome job getting rid of the double chin! I like both looks, but your mom is right, a beard does soften your features and make you look like a teddy bear. ALS is such a nasty disease. Wishing you strength and some joy every day!

Massive congrats on the health gains, you've nailed it! Hope you don’t mind me saying, but you have the kindest looking eyes and face I've seen for ages.

Reta side effects: fast or slow?

I get itching and a red spot at the injection site, and it usually shows up a day later and lasts for around 5 days.

    Dosing chart madness!

If they're lucky, things might go the other way instead.

    Dosing chart madness!

Only if you ignore the fact that it's increasing the dose every week instead of every four weeks.
