Coffee hits different on Ozempic?

Anyone here taking Ozempic and still drinking coffee?

I used to down like, three huge mugs of coffee over a few hours each morning. But now, it's way too much. I'm good with only one, maybe two.

Anyone else feel like their coffee is suddenly stronger since starting Ozempic?

I've been on the highest dose (2mg) for over two years and I still drink four cups every day! With milk and a bit of sweetener. I haven't noticed a difference.

Oh man, this is too real. I used to smash three cups before noon and now one cup makes me feel like I chugged a gallon of soda.

I think it's the eating less thing. I used to have coffee with breakfast, the whole thing. Now I'm sipping coffee on an empty stomach because nothing sounds good until later and it hits me like a freight train.

I started doing half-caf and keeping water nearby which sounds dumb, but it helps with the jitters. Also, cold brew is easier on my stomach than hot coffee now? I don't know if it's a temp thing or what.

My son saw me making half-caf one morning and said I was "watering down my soul" so that's where we're at lol

Yes! I think because I'm eating much less, I get shaky/jittery from coffee now and only have one cup a day. It used to be 2-3.

YES!! Coffee is way stronger now. I can only drink cold coffee. I drink the bottled cold coffee from the fridge and then put half coffee and half heavy cream in my cup. Also mix in a little bit of Monkfruit sweetener.

100%. I used to drink two or three cups every morning and even got a fancy espresso maker right before starting Ozempic. Now my espresso machine barely gets used.

I'm glad I'm not the only one!

I used to have a big cup of coffee every morning. But as soon as I started Ozempic, coffee tasted too strong and bitter. Same with alcohol. A tiny bit of wine would make me tipsy.

I'm on 1mg now, started a few months ago, and haven't had coffee or alcohol since then.

I'm finding that healthier meals just don't appeal to me like they used to. Anyone else?
It changes all the time! Some weeks I want nothing but fruits, veggies, and grilled chicken. Then, the next week, all I can manage is ramen, wings, and tater tots, but in small portions. And I haven't even changed my dose recently.

I'm suddenly making really weird food choices. I was super into cooking healthy stuff, but now I can't be bothered. I just grab frozen meals and maybe toss in some frozen veggies. The other day I had a soft serve cone for lunch!
