Good EU source for bac water?

You should use pharmaceutical-grade sterile water, especially if your vial is small. Even more so if you are using a pen and filtering to reduce risks.

    Major weight loss - opinions?

Congrats, huge achievement. People might mention you look unwell, but us older folk... it's just how it is when we shed the pounds. Better to be healthy and look a bit older, than massively overweight and look younger! Well done!

Good EU source for bac water?

But how can you be sure it's actually sterile and has the right amount of the preservative? You can at least trust well-known brands when it comes to sterile water.

Good EU source for bac water?

Hey! You'll probably need to order bacteriostatic water from a company in North America. I am not sure about the legality of shipping into Europe, but here are some examples: Bacteriostatic Water for Injection 30mL | Reputable Brand Fresh supply. Sterile water...

10 Months In: My GLP-1 Story

I read a post where someone started their journey at the close of April 2025 and was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. They've stayed on 2.5 mg the whole time and are not done yet!

Pics show progress, but scale's slow!

It's so encouraging to see everyone's journeys! It helps me stay motivated. I started at a much higher weight, so seeing consistent progress from others really inspires me.

Pics show progress, but scale's slow!

Sometimes it's the little things that make a big difference. I've been having those 'wait, this actually fits??' moments myself. Keeping track of both weight and other progress has been key.

Pics show progress, but scale's slow!

Hey everyone! Just wanted to share a progress pic. It's kinda wild looking back at where I was a year and a half ago. Weight's coming off steadily, which I think is a good thing. Wow ScaleGal685, losing that much weight is amazing! I'm more interested in the blood sugar control, honestly. Are you taking any other meds with it?

    Mounjaro (Tirzepatide) Experiences?

I've considered a lower dose. I really want to know if the raloxifene will even work. I def feel better when my E2 is around 40.

    Mounjaro (Tirzepatide) Experiences?

Hey all. I'm a 56 year old woman and have had Type 1 diabetes for 53 years. Also on TRT for 5 years--it's helped a lot with my glucose control + libido. Found a decent TRT doc about 3 years ago. I'm in Idaho, so choices are limited. He switched me to a new physician in his practice last summer...

    PT-141: Does it *mean* something?

I'm using a lower dose, like 500mcg, because of the cost. I plan to continue on that dosage for a year. I was told to expect to possibly stay on this dosage. I'm also not taking any AI.

    PT-141: Does it *mean* something?

It seems like 250 mcg (1/4 mg) is enough for a lot of men, especially since it can lead to desensitization.

Switching from tirz to Reta/Cagri - advice?

Are you microdosing every day? I've been thinking about it.

Switching from tirz to Reta/Cagri - advice?

Would that mean injecting every six days could be a good idea? Or should I stick to the usual weekly injection?
