Anyone else feel the love here?

Forums where everyone is catastrophizing about compound shutdowns do get exhausting - landing somewhere with a higher signal-to-noise ratio makes a real difference for staying motivated through the slower weeks.

    GLP-1s changed my life!

Long-term GLP-1 framing is the realistic view - treating it like a chronic medication produces stable outcomes.

    Can you see the change?

Monthly shots catch what the daily mirror misses. Keep documenting - the side-by-side is where the full story shows.

    China med crackdown?

My ID didn't match me anymore after losing 135 pounds. Got a new driver's license and passport. At the Global Entry interview, the agent actually said it was smart because you never know what'll come up. Good move in hindsight.

    Nausea on GLP-1s: what helps

13 months in, feel amazing. Never sick, never nauseous, zero side effects. Just health and weight loss. Honestly one of the best things I've done. Came off other meds because of it. 10/10.

    ACE-167 + FOXO4 + Kisspeptin + Testagen stack?

same here — still love food, just way easier to stop eating it. early on, alcohol was way less appealing but I got over that. some foods are killers at any portion size but occasional slip-ups are just occasional.

What to eat (and avoid) on GLP-1s

never went above 2.5mg the whole time, staying there for maintenance now, spacing it out 9-10 days. if you're hitting a wall, drop back to 2.5. if there's no dosing flexibility, try longer intervals between shots or micro-dosing. doctors don't run trials on this flexibility but mine supported me...

    GLP-1s changed my life!

PT's kicking my butt with the shoulder stuff, back and neck spasming constantly. I've been doing CJC-1295 and IPamorelin every other day on PT days and it's helping with the headaches. Not perfect but something's working. The IPamorelin seems to be the star here.

    My GLP-1 journey (so far!)

Congrats! How did you get insurance to cover it? I keep hearing they only cover it for type 2 diabetes.

    GLP-1 Hindsight: What I Wish I Knew

Hydration and protein are way more important than people say! A certain telehealth program actually mentioned that early on and it prevented a lot of headaches.

Day 5 and the monster is back

Hey, everyone! Just gonna drop my thoughts here, so feel free to skip if you're not into it 😉. Started the injections last week, my first time ever using them. I was super aware of how I felt, what I ate, and focused on nourishing my body without going overboard. At first, I wasn't sure if it...

When did you REALLY feel the effects?

I felt pretty good at about three weeks on Zepbound. Appetite was suppressed pretty well. I started on 2.5mg. Everyone's different, so just hang in there.

    GLP-1 Hindsight: What I Wish I Knew

I wish I'd started using a full-body retinol cream sooner! I was so focused on losing weight that I didn't realize how much skin I would have to deal with after dropping almost 100 lbs.

    Ozempic art!

Thanks for the concern, but my doctor is monitoring everything. The kid just exaggerates my tiny frame for artistic effect! I feel fantastic!
