    Reta dose increase = bonk?

Dose increase bonk is real. Dizziness usually peaks day 2-3 then fades. Electrolytes around pin day help a lot. If it's rough every time you increase, spacing them out further is worth trying.

Started 2.5mg, no side effects. Working?

No side effects at 2.5mg is normal - the starting dose is intentionally low. Some people feel it right away, others don't notice much until a few weeks in or after the first increase. Not feeling sick is a good sign, not a bad one. Give it a few weeks and see where it goes.

Skinny fat and Reta - keep going?

The maingain approach on Reta makes sense for skinny fat. Appetite suppression helps you stay in a slight surplus without eating past what you need, which is the typical issue with traditional bulking. Full body three times a week is a solid base. Reta's composition changes tend to favor muscle...

    New clothes time?

You're much stronger than I am! I had to get new trousers when I noticed my older ones were a safety hazard.

    New clothes time?

After about 16 weeks, I started shopping at my local thrift store. Now, I shop there once a month for some clothes, and I give away a couple of old things. I plan to keep doing this for a few months and then we will see if I go full retail.

    Leg crossing is back, baby!

It's the little things, isn't it? I remember being able to buckle my seatbelt without struggling. That was a good day.

    Leg crossing is back, baby!

I have to say, that seemed like a small thing, but it was really a big deal to me too. I didn't even realize it wasn't happening anymore until BAM! I could again. Good for you! You should definitely feel good!

    Someone Said Something Nice!

Interesting question, Riley03. I've seen some research suggesting that frozen peptides can degrade over time, but if the temp stays constant, the degradation might be minimal. It's probably still worth trying. You might just need a slightly higher dose to achieve the same effect.

    Brewing my own BAC water?

Yep, 2ml of bacteriostatic water is the right amount. Be careful when you add it, though! You want to let it slide down the side of the vial, not inject it right into the powder, because that can damage the peptide. After you mix it, you'll have 1000mcg per 1ml.

Gasp! Who's that in the mirror?

Okay, so, I've managed to shed about 30 kilos, which is like 66 pounds! * First 9 kilos (20 lbs): I was tracking every single macro while also hitting the gym like a maniac. [💪] * Then around November last year, I started on a GLP-1, and another 20 kilos (44 lbs) just vanished! [👋] But here's...

    Brewing my own BAC water?

Yes, Heal_Wine this is exactly how it would be done. USP sterile water is available & just needs benzyl alcohol added. It's the same thing people do when they brew their own injectables at home.

    Down a lot, feeling great!

I've also read about semaglutide's effect on blood pressure. Here's a reference: https://www.ahajournals.org/doi/10.1161/JAHA.118.010321
