Gasp! Who's that in the mirror?

Okay, so, I've managed to shed about 30 kilos, which is like 66 pounds!

* First 9 kilos (20 lbs): I was tracking every single macro while also hitting the gym like a maniac. [💪]
* Then around November last year, I started on a GLP-1, and another 20 kilos (44 lbs) just vanished! [👋]

But here's the kicker: I keep doing a double-take when I see my reflection, thinking, "Who is that skinny person staring back at me?"

I still instinctively grab clothes expecting them to be too tight... but they're actually too big now. (Not complaining here, just confused! [😂])

I am feeling so proud and energetic and honestly feel like I've unlocked a hidden level of myself!
 
I love this! A friend of mine has been getting some surprisingly flattering pics from her doorbell camera. She can't believe how good she looks!
 
It's more than just weight loss; it's the reduction of that constant "food noise" too, isn't it? Congratulations!
